Lisa is a practicing Physical Therapist with 25+ years of experience specializing in orthopedics and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She received her bachelors degree at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and her masters at the University of Puget Sound. Lisa is a trained yoga instructor and employs trauma informed treatment using nervous system calming techniques in coordination with progressing patients through to their goals. Lisa spent several years being trained in pelvic floor and bladder issues through the Sisters of Providence system and started the non pharmacological pain relief program at the Seaside Providence Maternity Unit. Lisa has also spent time with plastic surgeons rehabilitating musculoskeletal changes after chest reconstructions post- mastectomy. Lisa's main modalities are myofascial release, craniosacral, yoga based exercise, and biofeedback.
